Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to AK AI CORE, including chat, multimodal generation, API keys, credits, routed providers, billing, documentation, and reseller platform operations.
1. Platform Access
AK AI CORE provides access to routed AI services, multimodal generation, API key tooling, documentation, payments, and admin-managed platform features. Access may be suspended for abuse, non-payment, or security violations.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, API keys, and billing access. Activities performed through an account or key are the responsibility of the account owner.
3. Acceptable Use
Users may not abuse rate limits, attempt account farming, circumvent fraud prevention, attack providers, misuse credits, or engage in illegal, harmful, or unauthorized platform behavior.
4. Pricing and Credits
Usage is billed according to active platform pricing, model pricing, multipliers, and admin-configured margins. Credits added through supported gateways are consumed as requests are processed.
5. Third-Party Services
The platform depends on external AI, payment, email, and infrastructure providers. Availability, latency, and output quality may vary according to those services.
6. Suspension and Blocking
We may flag, rate-limit, suspend, or block accounts, API keys, devices, or IP addresses where fraud prevention or platform security requires it.
7. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
While we aim for reliable service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider failure, or force majeure events may affect service continuity.
8. Contact and Disputes
Users should contact AK AI CORE support first for billing, platform, or access disputes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
